Our handmade cotton microwaveable hand warmers are filled with cleaned English wheat. Perfect for keeping your hands warm in chilly weather, they can also be used as a hot or cold pack for bumps and bruises or for small areas such as eyes.

Directions for use: Simply remove the inner wheat bag and place in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable that can move freely for a maximum of 15 seconds at 750 - 1000 watts. They can also be chilled in a fridge or freezer for use as a cold compress.
