We are always on the look out for new products to stock. If you have a beautiful, useful gardening product that is made in the UK, please contact Nikitah at florist@stormflowerslondon.com with the details.
Returns
We hope you are pleased with your new gardening tools, but if for any reason you need to return your purchase please send your items to the following address, up to 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Please note that bespoke, made to order items such as our Recycled Pallet Herb Planters are unable to be returned.
Please be sure to include your order note in the parcel, and a reason why you are returning the item. We don't yet offer a free returns option, but we recommend you send your return to us through a tracked service, and keep hold of your proof of postage. Once it arrives to us, it can take up to 1 week to process your return, after which we will send you an email confirmation.
