PAYMENT METHODS
We accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- Our shop features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are pleased with your new gardening tools and accessories, but if for any reason you need to return your purchase please send your items to the following address, up to 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Please note that bespoke, made to order items such as our Recycled Pallet Herb Planters are unable to be returned.
Please be sure to include your order note in the parcel, and a reason why you are returning the item. We don't yet offer a free returns option, but we recommend you send your return to us through a tracked service, and keep hold of your proof of postage. Once it arrives to us, it can take up to 1 week to process your return, after which we will send you an email confirmation.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
